Who we are

What data we collect
When you visit our website
We collect anonymous usage data through Google Analytics 4 (GA4), but only if you consent. Without consent, GA4 operates in cookieless mode and collects no personally identifiable information. With consent, GA4 may store cookies to track:
- Pages visited, scroll depth, and time spent
- Button clicks and navigation patterns
- Referral source and campaign parameters (UTM tags)
- Device type, browser, and approximate location (country level)
When you accept marketing cookies
If you opt in to marketing cookies, we load RB2B, a B2B visitor identification service. RB2B may identify your company based on your IP address and publicly available business data. This is used exclusively for B2B sales outreach — we never sell or share this data for advertising.
When you fill out a form
Our demo request, contact, and order forms collect:
- Contact details: name, email, company name
- Form-specific data: fleet size, message, order details, shipping address
- Technical data: IP address (via Cloudflare), page URL, UTM parameters
- Consent status: your cookie preferences at time of submission
Form data is stored in Velamari CRM (EU-hosted) for managing customer relationships. We also send a notification to our internal Slack channel — this does not include your IP address.
Session storage
We use your browser's session storage (cleared when you close the tab) to temporarily hold UTM campaign parameters so they can be included with form submissions.

Data retention
- Analytics data: 14 months (Google Analytics default)
- CRM data: Retained while we have an active business relationship, or until you request deletion
- Cookie consent: Stored in your browser for 12 months, then re-asked

Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of your personal data
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — request deletion of your data
- Restriction — limit how we process your data
- Portability — receive your data in a structured format
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Withdraw consent — change your cookie preferences at any time via the "Manage cookies" link in the footer
