What it collects

Publicly visible charter-market listing information only: yacht model, base/marina, published weekly prices and discounts, and availability calendars. It collects no personal data, never accesses pages behind a login, and never submits forms.

How it behaves

Honours robots.txt, including Crawl-delay directives, on every site it visits.
Requests pages slowly (typically one page every 7+ seconds per site) to avoid any load impact.
Visits each listing at most once every few days.

Why

The data powers aggregate charter-market statistics — occupancy pace, price trends, and benchmarks for charter fleet operators. Published outputs are aggregates; we do not republish individual listings.

Exclusion
